From yoga to weightlifting to video series, there's one to fit your goals. Chances are, there's one to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, they're packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you.
We currently offer Gymnastics and Dance classes.
Joan Heimes is our gymnastics instructor. She is safety certified, a member of the USA Gymnsatics and is a certified judge. She has coached competitively as well as recreational. She has been teaching gymnastics for over 20 years and at our facility since January 2006.
Academy of Dance of Yankton provides pre-ballet classes for 3-5 year old students and dance team for K-teens. Dance instructors Dorota Dannenbring and Becca Hebda bring many years of dance experience to Hartington ~ both as performers and instructors.
Gymnastics and dance will help students improve strength and coordination as well as flexibility. Class times are determined by age, experience and class size.
